Labour Tribunal To Suspend Sittings For The Summer Break

Employers, Employees, Legal Practitioners and the public are notified that the Labour Arbitration Tribunal’s Trinity Term ends on Friday, July 30. Sittings will be suspended during the Summer Break from Monday, August 2 until Tuesday, August 31.

 Deadlines that are due, or interlocutory applications made, during the month of August will be addressed at the start of the Michaelmas Term on Wednesday, September 1 when sittings resume. 

The office will be opened to the public as usual during the Summer Break. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
