The public is notified that the Civil Registry & Passport Office has resumed issuing Belongers Cards for persons deemed to belong to the Virgin Islands.

The Civil Registry and Passport Office extends sincere apologies for the disruption in issuing the cards which was a result of the passing of the late Registrar General, who was the authorised signatory. The system has been  successfully reconfigured and persons may contact the department to secure an appointment to renew or apply for their new Belongers Card at 468-3035 or infocris@gov.vg.
