The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 21 Imposition of a Curfew (No.5) Order, 2021 and No. 22 Imposition of a Curfew (No. 5) (Amendment) Order, 2021 are now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  No. 21 was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 22 dated 11^th March, 2021, and No. 22 was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 23 dated 12^th March, 2021.

The public is asked to take note that under this Order, the Curfew is in effect between the hours of 2:01 a.m. and 4:59 a.m. daily, from Thursday, 11^th March, 2021 until Thursday, 25^th March, 2021, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order. Additionally, a person who operates a vessel is permitted to operate the vessel within territorial waters between the hours of 5:01 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily; and within navigational limits to define the northern and southern boundaries of the BVI Exclusive Zone, including a marine corridor for transit to Jost Van Dyke from Nanny Cay along the southern coastline around Frenchman’s Cay and around the point onto Steel Point.

Statutory Instrument No. 22 repeals Section 6(3) of Statutory Instrument No. 21.
