The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 104 Imposition of a Curfew (No. 31) Order, 2020 is now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 121, dated 12^th September, 2020.

Under Statutory Instrument No. 104, the Curfew continues in effect until Wednesday, 16^th September, 2020, between the hours of 1:01 p.m. and 4:59 a.m. daily, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order. 

A person may open and operate a business or establishment from the date this Order comes into force until Wednesday, 16^th September, 2020 from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily, provided that such businesses and establishments have been inspected and approved by the Social Distancing Monitoring Task Force and certified by the Environmental Health Division. Additionally, no person shall open or operate any of the following businesses or establishments from the date this Order comes into force to Wednesday, 16^th September, 2020:  salons; hairdressers; barber shops; restaurants (for in service dining); bars; night clubs; and pubs.
