The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 81 Imposition of a Curfew (No.24) Order, 2020 is now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 90 dated 16^th July, 2020.

The public is reminded that under this Order, the Curfew continues in effect until Thursday, 30^th July, 2020, from midnight to 5:00 a.m. daily, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order. 

Under this Order from 16^th July, 2020 until Thursday, 30^th July, 2020, private boats are permitted to move within the Territory’s waters between the hours of 5:01 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
