The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 78 Imposition of a Curfew (No.23) Order, 2020 is now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 86 dated 2^nd July, 2020.

The public is reminded that under this Order, the Curfew continues in effect until Thursday, 16^th July, 2020, from midnight to 5:00 a.m. daily, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order. 

Under this Order from 2^nd July, 2020 until Thursday 16^th July, 2020, private boats are prohibited from moving within the Territory’s waters, except where authorised.
