Officers from Her Majesty’s Customs K-9 Unit along with officers from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force are currently taking part in the 14^th annual K-9 Recertification Seminar.

The week long seminar includes training in advanced scent detection techniques using K-9 training methods which allows for the officers and their dogs to enhance their skills and become sharper while searching for contraband.

The seminar will also look at the detection of explosives, illegal drugs, firearms and ammunition.
