The Ministry of Education is observing Guidance Counsellor’s Week from February 3 to 7 and is inviting the public to share how school counsellors have been instrumental in their lives or the lives of children.

The school counsellors in the Virgin Islands include: Desiree N. Flanders-Harrigan, Daryl Pierre-Louis, Kimra Dewindt, Keriann Malone, Amy A. Gordon, Lovina Jones-Henry, Chonda George, Jacob Edwards, Sharon Leonard, Tarriesha Dawson, Liana Taylor, Donalin Michel, Desiree Chinnery Gomez, Denisia Paul, Trisha Smith-Gomes, and Eldrina Gerald.

The theme for the week is: “School Counselling: Helping Students Thrive.”
