His Excellency the Governor Augustus Jaspert is away from the Territory on official duties until Monday, December 4. 

Deputy Governor Mrs. Rosalie Adams has been appointed to act in the Office of Governor and perform the functions of that office from Thursday, November 23 until Monday, December 4 during the absence of the Governor from the Virgin Islands. 

The appointment is made under Section 37 of the Virgin Islands Constitution Order, 2007.

The public is hereby notified on the matter.
