The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that  four Statutory Instruments  are now available for viewing and information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/:

Statutory Instruments:

No. 32 – Financial Services (Exceptional Circumstances) Order, 2020; 

No. 33 – A Proclamation by His Excellency the Governor Under Section 83 (1) of the Virgin Islands Constitution Order, 2007 (U.K.S.I. 2007 No. 1678)    Appointing the Time and Place at which the Seventh Sitting of the Second Session of the Fourth House of Assembly of the Virgin Islands Shall Be Held;

No. 34 – A Proclamation by His Excellency the Governor Under Section 4a of The Prison Ordinance (Cap. 166) Declaring Certain Rooms at the   Paradise Hotel as A Prison; and 

No. 35 – Statutory Rates, Fees and Charges (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 2020  

 The Instruments were published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 39 dated 14th April, 2020.
