The public is notified that fogging will take place on Tuesday, December 13 in Locality 9 and 11 including Fahie Hill, Little Dix, Josiah’s Bay, Round Hill and Meyers and surrounding areas. The area will be fogged nightly until the localities are completed.  Fogging will be done between 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Persons with respiratory illnesses, particularly asthmatics, should leave the areas being fogged for at least one hour.

Residents are reminded that fogging provides temporary relief from mosquitoes. Householders and property owners are urged to continue to be vigilant and conduct weekly inspections around their homes and businesses to reduce mosquito breeding sites.   For further information on how to control the Aedes aegypti mosquito, telephone the Vector Control Unit of the Environmental Health Division at 468-5110.
