Governor and Chairman Augustus J. U. Jaspert chaired the last Cabinet meeting of the Dr. the Hon. D. Orlando Smith Administration on 20th February, 2019. Among its many achievements in making major policy decisions, since 31st January, 2019 the Cabinet has been holding ‘digital’ meetings, (a first for the Cabinet) thus reducing the widespread use of paper using the ExcoTrack software, which was well received. ExcoTrack is a web-based document management tool that allows the executive branch of Government to prepare and share documents centrally. The Cabinet Office is greening the Cabinet process to improve efficiency, and increase productivity and security. (L-R): Governor Jaspert, Minister for Health and Social Development Hon. Marlon A.
