The public is encouraged to share how school counsellors have been instrumental in their lives or the lives of children or relatives during Guidance Counsellor’s Week being celebrated from February 1 to 7.

The theme for the week is: School Counsellors: The Recipe for Success.

The school counsellors in the Virgin Islands include: Kimra DeWindt, Shaunice Leonard, Brendalee Jones, Ingrid Waters, Kya Huggins, Geraldine Noel-Smith, Trisha Gomez, Loralyn Woodley, Keriann Malone, Bisa Smith, Sylvester Smith, and Camesha DeCastro.

The Ministry of Education and Culture’s School Guidance Counselling Programmes are collaborative efforts designed to benefit students, parents, teachers, administrators, and the overall community.
