The Premier’s Office, acting on behalf of the Government of the Virgin Islands wishes to procure the services of a Production and Programme Specialist for the assignment in relation to supplementing the Government’s public relations through social media platforms, YouTube and digital, broadcast and animated communications.

The scope of works for the Production and Programme Specialist includes to produce and execute video pre-production and on-site production activities for social media and broadcast programming; deliver high quality post-production product on time; anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients while having oversight during video production; assist with the management and maintenance of studio equipment to maintain studio at optional efficiency; and maintain production standards and quality control, amongst other duties.

Successful candidates must have communications experience and acumen within the sector with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in videography; sound knowledge of broadcast production, social media, television production; highly developed skills in media production; sound communication skills, basic understanding laws and regulations, and excellent time-keeping and reliability. 

The assignment is expected to be executed on a full-time basis over an initial period of seven (7) months.
