The Virgin Islands Festivals and Fairs Committee is inviting the public to submit entries for the BVI Emancipation Festival’s 2019 theme and slogan competitions.

The theme must focus on the historical and/or cultural heritage of the Virgin Islands and the slogan must include the words “Festival 2019”.

Entries must be submitted to the Department of Culture located on the Road Town festival grounds or via email to mec@gov.vg on or before Monday, April 8th. Winners of the theme and slogan will receive a cash prize of $250.00 each.  For more information contact the Department of Culture at 468-4379/4949.
