The Elmore Stoutt High School Parent Teacher Association is inviting the public to a ceremony to launch the BVI Family Reaching Elmore Stoutt High (BVI F.R.E.S.H.) on Tuesday, February 17 at the Central Administration Complex Breeze Way at 10:00 a.m.

BVI F.R.E.S.H is a multi-faceted non-profit platform that will foster, encourage and mobilise the greater BVI community into being an active part in addressing the various identified ailments of the Elmore Stoutt High School.
