Nine year old Destinee Cline of the Ivan Dawson Primary Schools is pictured as she hoists the Commonwealth Flag during the Territory’s second observance of the Fly-a-Flag for the Commonwealth initiative. 

The event took place on the grounds of the Ivan Dawson Primary School as a prelude to their 2016 Commonwealth Day activities.
