Deputy Governor, Mr. David D. Archer, Jr. is attending the Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD) Capacity Development Workshop in Bridgetown Barbados. Mr. Archer Jr. along with Public Service Transformation Manager, Mrs. Kishann Cupid Braithwaite are attending the session being held under the theme, “The Future of Governance: Changing Mindsets for Innovation and Public Sector Transformation”. The workshop brought together the region’s leading minds in public sector development to explore possible avenues to foster growth within the Caribbean’s public sectors.
