Staff of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration is pictured with Ms. Kedimone Rubaine of the Deputy Governor’s Office following a tutorial on the Customer Service Virtual Mailbox now placed at the ministry. Ms. Rubaine who is the Business Change Manager responsible for customer service improvement on the Public Service Transformation Team, informed the staff on the functions of the virtual mailbox and the importance of recording feedback from the customers who visit the ministry on a daily basis.  The Business Change Manager also explained how the mailbox contributes to the overall transformation of the public service and listed the benefits of going above and beyond the call of duty while serving the public, including the possibility of being inducted into the Public Service Star Membership Club.  Photo Credit: Provided GIS
