The Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture wants your input on the newly revised Virgin Islands Scholarship Programme Policy.

The Scholarship Programme, initiated more than 40 years ago, has been one of the main arteries through which the Government of the Virgin Islands has and continues to support the education and training needs of the citizens of the Territory. The policy is being revised recognising the need to give direction to the programme to ensure its sustainability for the education and training needs of the population.
