The BVI Airports Authority announces the phased approach closure of the Territory’s airports, today, Wednesday, 28 August 2019, due to the passage of Tropical Storm Dorian. 

• Auguste George International Airport, Anegada - Closed

• Taddy Bay Airport, Virgin Gorda - Closed

• Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport, Beef Island 10:00am.

We are asking all stakeholders to secure their offices, property, equipment etc.

An assessment on the conditions of each airport will be made early Thursday morning following the passage of Tropical Storm Dorian and a further press release issued to announce their openings.
