The Department of Culture and Virgin Islands Festivals and Fairs Committee are informing the public that the deadline for the submission of entries for the Festival 2015 theme and slogan competition has been extended until Friday, April 17.

Persons are reminded that the theme must focus on the historical and/or cultural heritage of the Virgin Islands and the slogan must include the words “Festival 2015.”

Entries must be submitted to the Department of Culture located on the second floor of the Ward’s Building in Road Town or via email to viculture@gov.vg on or before Friday, April 17. A cash prize will be awarded for the winning theme and slogan.  For more information contact the Department of Culture at 468-4373.
