Residents of Lower Butu Mountain are advised that civil works for the construction of a retaining wall, gabion basket system, and road pavement will start on Monday, October 28.  The project is expected to last for five (5) weeks, with work scheduled daily from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
