The Territory's newest centenarian, Mr. William Rhymer, celebrated this significant moment with family, friends and Government officials yesterday, November 9. In attaining this considerable milestone he received a $5,000 cheque from the Government of the Virgin Islands, part of a decade old tradition to honour the Territory's "golden citizens" for their valuable contribution to the development of the Territory.
