Minister for Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration and Representative for the Ninth District, Honourable Vincent O. Wheatley is pictured with volunteers at the Captain Owen G. Harrigan Visitor Centre on Monday, April 29. The centre’s bathroom facilities were refurbished by the Government of the Virgin Islands in partnership with the North Sound community of Virgin Gorda. Honourable Wheatley also handed over the keys of the centre to Mr. Samuel McSheene of the B.V.I. Ports Authority on Virgin Gorda.
