The Virgin Islands Festivals and Fairs Committee is inviting the public to submit entries for the BVI Emancipation Festival’s 2025 theme and slogan competitions.

The theme must focus on the historical and/or cultural heritage of the Virgin Islands and the slogan must include the words “Festival 2025”.

Entries must be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sustainable Development located on the 2nd Floor Cutlass Tower or via email to mtcsd@gov.vg on or before Tuesday, 22 April, 2025.
