As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue. In order to better serve our clients safely, the Cabinet Office will temporarily adjust our services that can be provided to our customers. 

Effective Tuesday, 13^th July until Friday, 30^th July, 2021, the Cabinet Office, including the Gazette Unit, will open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with the Gazette Unit accepting notices until 12:00 noon on these days. The Office will operate remotely on Tuesday and Thursday, with the Gazette Unit accepting notices with credit card payments (via email) from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No Drop Off of Notices on remote days.

Payment by credit card to the Gazette Unit requires the customer to complete a Credit Card Authorisation Form and requires a copy of the cardholder’s identification (e.g. driver’s license, voter’s registration card, NHI card, and passport). Credit card forms are available either by clicking on the link on the front page of the Gazette website: https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/ or by contacting the Gazette Unit at 468-4385 or 468-9217 (cell).

The client would be informed via email once payment is approved and will receive the date and number of the Gazette in which the notice(s) will be published.

The Gazette Unit will also accept lump sum payments for the publication of notice(s). The cost of publishing the notice(s) will be deducted from the total payment accordingly.
