His Excellency, the Acting Governor Mr. David D. Archer Jr., chaired the meeting held on 5th June, 2024, in the absence of Governor Daniel Pruce, who was overseas on official business. The meeting was held at the Premier's Conference Room.

All Members were present, with the exception of the Premier and Minister of Finance, who was overseas on official business.
