The British Virgin Islands (BVI) Post is informing customers that the deadline for letterbox rental fee is now past due as of February 28, 2015 and customers are hereby encouraged to bring their accounts to good standing to avoid withdrawal of services.

            The rental fees per annum are:

Customers will now be charged a late fee of $20.00 and all mailbox fees not paid by March 14, 2015 will be locked and a fee of $15.00 will be charged for reinstatement in addition to all other outstanding fees.  Letterboxes with outstanding balances not paid by March 31, 2015 will be withdrawn.  Payments can be made at any post office branch.

The BVI Post’s hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
