The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 51 Imposition of a Curfew (No.16) Order, 2020 is now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette’s website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/. 

The Order, which came into force on 10^th May, for a period of 14 days until Sunday, 24^th May, 2020, provides details on the new curfew hours, temporarily closed businesses, re-opening of beaches and the hours of 6:01 a.m. and 6:58 p.m. during which businesses and establishments can open, subject to inspection, approval and certification by the Social Distancing Monitoring Task Force. The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 58 dated 9^th May, 2020.
