The Social Development Department brought holiday cheer to the community despite the rain on December 6 for the fourth annual Clash of the Carolers. Pictured here are pre and primary schools students participating along with the Mount Carmel Baptist Church Caroling Group, Long Trench Sisters, M.A.L.E. Mentoring Group, Foggy Mountain Boys, Serenaders, Great Britain Unity Band, and the Happy Family Band. The Social Development Department extends a special thanks to the Elmore Stoutt High School Senior Steelpan Band as well as to all persons who attended.
