SHINING THE LIGHT OF BVILOVE FOR A BRIGHTER AND HAPPIER HOLIDAY SEASON

Season’s Greetings, from my family to yours, I am Vincent Wheatley, Representative for the Ninth District and Minister responsible for Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration for the Government of the Virgin Islands. On behalf of myself and my Ministry, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a safe, enjoyable and peaceful Holiday Season.  A special holiday greeting goes out to the people of the Ninth Electoral District who have placed their confidence and support in me to serve them to the best of my abilities.

Despite the many challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, there is still so much to be thankful for. So let us celebrate and give thanks this Holiday Season. Let us remember to celebrate in a green way, and share with others, whatever little we may have. Remember it is not always the big things that matter, but the little acts of kindness. So this Holiday Season, reach out, make that phone call or simply go visit someone you have not seen in a while, show BVILove.

Remember not to take any of our blessings for granted.

So from my family to yours, the Ministry of Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration, and the people of the Ninth District, I wish you a safe and wonderful Holiday Season as we prepare for the New Year: 2021. I pray that God will continue to watch over, guide and protect us all.
