A form used to aid with process of permitting or denying Visitor entry into the territory at the various ports of entry.

Process

Service: Sale of Embarkation Cards – (Entry/Public Carrier)

Step 1: The customer/carrier come to the Main Officer or Port Office and requests pack(s) of Embarkation Cards.

Step 2: The fees are collected and the customer is provided with a receipt for the transaction that was made.

Step 3: The customer/carrier is provided with Embarkation Cards and distributes them to their vessels.

 

Service: Sale of Embarkation Cards – (Entry/Private Carrier)

Step 1: The private carrier arrives at Port of entry and requests as many single Embarkation Cards as needed

Step 2: The fees are collected and the customer is provided with a receipt for the transaction that was made.

Step 3: The customer/carrier is then provided with embarkation Cards.
