Process
Step 1: Customer submits application form(s) and documents.
Step 2: The form is verified for completeness and accuracy, If NOT completed, the customer has to make the necessary corrections and resubmit. If completed, application is accepted for review and consideration.
Step 3: Customer is informed of the decision taken through writen communication.
Step 4: If customer is approved, customer presents himself/herself to the Immigration Department and pay affiliated fees for the application.
Step 5: Customer is then issued a Belongers Card and Certificate.
