As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue. In order to better serve our clients safely, The Water and Sewerage Department (WSD) at Baughers Bay, Tortola, will temporarily adjust our services that can be provided to our customers.

However, to better serve our clients safely, the Town and Country Planning Department will no longer be accepting walk-ins to the department from Wednesday, July 7 until further notice to ensure that the health and safety of our officers and the clients we serve.

As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue.
In an attempt to better serve our clients safely, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution is advising that all case conferences and in-person meetings or inquiries will transition to remote engagement. Service of documents will be done electronically, and service to the ODPP must be sent to DPP@gov.vg until further notice.
As we continue to live and work with COVID-19, the Public Service will continue to adapt and transform to better serve your needs.

All persons, vaccinated or unvaccinated who were exposed at the listed events or places are advised to get tested at the following testing sites on the designated days.

In light of the COVID-19 Update provided by the Minister for Health & Social Development on Monday, 5th July, the office of the BVI Tourist Board & Film Commission will be closed for the remainder of this week (6th to 9th July), with a planned reopening on 12th July.
The British Virgin Islands Ports Authority (BVIPA) would like to inform the public that its Cargo Ports and offices with exception of Pasea Place office will be open.
The public is notified that as of Tuesday, July 6, appointments must be made prior to conducting business with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture.
