As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue.  In order to better serve our clients safely, the Civil Registry and Passport Office will temporarily adjust their services that can be provided to customers. 

The office will open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to offer business as usual and beyond that time, we will continue to deliver services by appointment only.  Appointments can be made by contacting the Public Service Customer Service Care Centre via telephone at 468-3701 or online at www.bvips.org.
