Reallocation of Funds is the transfer of funds between votes in accordance with the established rules and guidelines.
Process
Step 1: The Ministry and Department submit a Reallocation Schedule (collected at Treasury), to the Ministry of Finance with an self-explanatory covering memorandum.
Step 2: The Reallocation Schedule is processed.
Step 3: Once processed, a copy of the Reallocation Schedule is returned to the Ministry/Department, and the change is reflected on the JD Edwards system.
