Virgin Gorda resident Mr. Sydney Wheatley has received the keys to his brand new home just in time for the holiday season.

Mr. Dalvin “Din-Din” Callwood is the latest home owner under the Ministry of Health and Social Development’s Housing Recovery Assistance Programme.

Mr. Ted Rabsatt is the recipient of a new home as part of the Ministry of Health and Social Development’s Housing Recovery Assistance Programme.

The Ministry of Health and Social Development has taken another step in its housing recovery efforts by issuing a housing rebuild grant to beneficiary, Mr. Ted Rabsatt.

I would first like to thank ECLAC for the opportunity to participate in this important discussion and share the Virgin Islands’ perspective on the topic: Protection of the human rights of older persons in situations of social and environmental disasters.

The Joe's Hill Housing Development is scheduled to remain on budget and be completed 13 months ahead of schedule.

A contract was signed today between the Social Security Board and James Todman Construction Limited for the construction of affordable housing in the Territory. Upon completion, the project will result in forty-three (43) housing units available on seven (7) acres of land located in Joe’s Hill.
