As we continue to move forward in this ‘New Regular’ living and working with COVID-19, I wish to remind the public that beaches in the Territory are now opened from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
As the Premier announced, we are about to enter a new chapter of the Territorial Re-opening process where passenger aircraft will be permitted to land at the Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport to facilitate the re-entry of BVI nationals and permanent residents during the first phase.
Thank you for joining me for this briefing today and for complying with the social distancing measures we have put in place to keep us all safe whilst we’re here. I realise it’s been a while since we last met face to face, but I am really glad that we are able to safely meet to have these conversations.
A pleasant good afternoon and God’s Blessings to the people of the Virgin Islands.
We continue as a Territory to engage in preventative measures as we continue to balance the safety with the rebooting and reawakening of our economy in a phased basis and under the ‘New Regular’ living and working with COVID-19.
