Madam Speaker, the development of our children and young people is of utmost importance to the continued development of the Territory. Thus, I am pleased to highlight the reintroduction of Summer Camps in July 2023 through the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports. A total of three separate camps were offered: the Youth Summer Camp, S.T.E.A.M. Summer Camp and the Multi-Sport Summer Camp.

Madam Speaker, I take this opportunity to apprise this Honourable House on the recent notable developments at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College. 672 students are enrolled this Fall semester for certificate and associate degree programmes.
Madam Speaker, I am pleased to come before this Honourable House to provide another update on the implementation of the COI recommendations as outlined in the Framework Agreement of June 2022.

On the 7 September, His Excellency, the Governor John Rankin, held an event at Government House to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Chevening Scholarship.
Madam Speaker, could the Honourable Premier and Minister of Finance please give this Honourable House a detail breakdown on how the monies were spent for the nonstop concert held shortly before the emancipation festival activities?
