Process
Step 1: Individuals with yard waste can visit the incinerator with their waste and request that the waste be turned into mulch (woodchips).

At the incinerator plant mulch (woodchips) is frequently created. Individuals should contact the Department prior to their request for mulch (woodchips) to indicate when the mulch (woodchips) will be needed and the amount.
