This service is to register a death within the Territory.
Step 1: Customer complete the death registration form.
Step 2: An application fee is collected from the Customer.
Step 3: A receipt is issued to the Customer.
Step 4: Death Certificate is issued and given to the customer.
Turn Around Time
Upon the receipt of the death notification from the Magistrate’s Court via Coroner’s Certificate or Peeples Hospital via CRIS. The informant can complete the ‘’Customer’s Information for registering a death” slip.
