Process
Step 1: The customer submits a request to the Elections Office.
Step 2: If query is by telephone, customer is assisted immediately by an available officer. If no one is available at the time, the relevant information is taken from customer and return call will be given to provide relevant information to the customer. If query is by fax or email, customer request will be forwarded to the appropirate officer for handling.
Step 3: Officer(s) handling matters will respond to requests upon receipt or establish a time frame with the customer that the information will be available and the method of delivery.
Step 4: Upon recipt of all relevant information, customer is given the appropriate feedback or information to their request.
