Processing of Concession (Hotel Aid)

Process

Step 1:  Apply to Premier’s Office for approval, providing them with a list of items you intend to import (for construction & furnishing) into the territory.

Step 2:  The list is verified against the duty free lists of items that can be imported.

Step 3:  If the customer is approved, he or she can import the designated items.

Step 4:  Once approval is granted the Importer is required to submit all declarations to the Road Town Customs Station for processing and record keeping (with the exception of Virgin Gorda).

Step 5:  Once the goods arrive, a Custom Officer must clear the goods.
