Step 1:  Apply to Premier’s Office for approval, providing them with a brief description of the nature of the business.

Step 2:  Provide a list showing the goods to be imported for your business.

Step 3:  If the customer is approved, he or she can import the designated items.

Step 4:  Once approval is granted the Importer is required to submit all declarations to the Road Town Customs Station for processing and record keeping.(with the exception of Virgin Gorda)

Step 5:  Once the goods arrive, a Custom Officer must clear the goods.
