Step 1:  Customer submit the completed application form and supporting documents to the Ministry of Finance.

Step 2:  The application is processed and the applicant will be informed of approval or denial.

Step 3:  If approved, a loan agreement must be signed.

Step 4:  Applicant collects cheque at the Treasury Department.
