Eselyn Henry Richez Learning Center Programme:
The programme focuses on mentally and physically challenged young people who go to school at the Centre. It is carried out on Thursday of each week from 11:00 a.m. to noon. Activities included in the programme are: reading, art and craft and storytelling. The programme is carried out at the centre. BVI Services Programme: The objective of the programme is to provide life enrichment activities to members of the community mentally and physically challenged who attend the programme.

Step 1: Customers will attend the centres
Step 2: Library staff engages the customers in enrichment activities at both centres.
