Process
Step 1: A customer calls in at anytime of the day (O&MD officers are given cellphones to take after hours calls) and logs a complaint about loss of water service.
Step 2: The O&MD Officer will make note of the details and provides assistance is possible
Step 3: If necessary, the O&MD Officer may proceed to the location and inspect the area.
Step 4: The O&MD Officer will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
Step 5: If it is a large issue, the O&MD Officer will contact the O&MD Head who will create a Work Order for the issues.
Step 6: O&MD Officers will be assigned and will proceed to the location to begin work.
Step 7: Within 48 hours the issue will be resolved.
