The steps to take when importing a body or cremated remains.
Process
Step 1: Applicant needs to submit completed Burial Application Form and supporting documents.
Step 2: An importation schedule is issued and a permission letter is prepared.
Step 3: Applicant returns to the office within two days to collect the permission letter.

Death Certificate and/or Cremation Certificate.
