Steps to take when exporting a body or cremated remains.
Process
Step 1: Applicant visits Ministry with completed Burial Application Form and required documents.
Step 2: An exportation schedule is issued and a permission letter is prepared.
Step 3: Applicant returns to the office within two days to collect the permission letter.
Supporting Documents
Death Certificate and/or Cremation Certificate.
Turn Around Time
Two Days
Additional Notes
The death certificate must specify the cause of death.
